Sous / Junior Sous Chef
Deputising in the absence of the Head Chef, you will contribute to managing a busy kitchen brigade. You will have a proven track record as a number 2 with an ability to manage a busy kitchen to achieve profitability, our second Michelin star and excellent food hygiene & health and safety standards.
Chef de Partie - Pastry
A competent chef, you must be capable of contributing to the pastry section in a Michelin kitchen that produces quality fine dining food.
Sous Chef

Commis Chef

Chef de Partie
A competent chef, you must be capable of contributing across all sections in a kitchen that produces quality high volume food.
Kitchen / Preparation Assistant
Working alongside a great team of Chefs you will assist them with food preparation and production in a high volume, quality environment. You will be required to working any five out of seven days, approximately 9am – 6pm and an interest in food and cookery together with previous experience would be an advantage.
