Management Trainee Programmes
The Management Training programme at Northcote offers the opportunity for talented individuals to fast track through their development in 3 years to become professional and knowledgeable Managers.
- Fully funded Foundation degree in Hospitality management
- 1-2 month placement in all departments of the business to gain full awareness and understanding of the structure and operation of all areas
- Completion of First aid; health & Safety; fire marshall; personal License Holder; WSET (all levels); Bar tending & Advanced Hygiene
- An annual placement in a similar establishment to further knowledge
4th Year Management Trainee Scholarship
- Fully funded Honours Degree in Hospitality Management
- 1 month placement abroad
Sommelier Apprentice Scheme
This is an intensive programme that involves not just work based but significant time for self study. Progress through qualifications will depend on the individual and the progress, aptitude and learning shown. The time taken to complete the programme will be dependent on the individual.
