Deputising in the absence of Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy restaurant renowned for its exceptional food and service. With the presence, standing and credibility to inspire, train and motivate your team, you will develop excellent relationships with the front of house and kitchen brigade.

Commis Chef de Rang

You will help to maintain a perfectly created atmosphere where guests enjoy exceptional food and drink and a courteous welcome in an environment where nothing is too much trouble.

Smart, articulate and enthusiastic, you will ensure that the needs of our guests are immediately attended to and that the quality of service is such that they return time and time again.

 

Sous / Junior Sous Chef

Deputising in the absence of the Head Chef, you will contribute to managing a busy kitchen brigade. You will have a proven track record as a number 2 with an ability to manage a busy kitchen to achieve profitability, our second Michelin star and excellent food hygiene & health and safety standards.

Chef de Partie - Pastry

A competent chef, you must be capable of contributing to the pastry section in a Michelin kitchen that produces quality fine dining food.
